By accessing or using SentriesAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SentriesAI in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.
2. Description of Service
SentriesAI is an AI-powered platform that analyzes URLs, messages, and email content to detect phishing, scams, and other online threats. The service is provided "as is" and results are for informational purposes only.
SentriesAI does not guarantee that all threats will be detected, and should not be used as the sole means of protection against cyberattacks.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use SentriesAI. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users in the EU must be at least 16 years old unless parental consent is provided.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts for automated use without written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SentriesAI to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Submit malicious code, malware, or content designed to harm others
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access controls
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our detection results or models
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm individuals
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform
6. Subscription Plans & Billing
SentriesAI offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Free plan: Limited to 20 scans per day with basic features.
- Pro plan: 200 scans per day, deep scan, AI analysis, and push notifications.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and intellectual property on SentriesAI — including detection models, UI, and branding — are owned by SentriesAI and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SentriesAI is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that detection results will be accurate in all cases. Use the service at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentriesAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of SentriesAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
